Very important Show
The world’s most important show for the car tuning business and motor sport, the Essen
Motor Show, will be held again in Essen/Germany between November 30 and December
8, 2001. As always, the prestigous exposition will attract some dealers from the classic
car business as well.
Showcenter: ”The Story of the Sports Car World Championship”
The so-called ”Showcenter” will be dedicated in 2001 to ”The Story of the Sports Car
World Championship” and will feature famous sports cars from all decades, naturally
inlcuding several Ferrari like 375 MM, 250 Testa Rossa, 512 S and 312 PB (list not
confirmed).
New Maserati Spyder on Show
Auto Becker of Düsseldorf will host a special Maserati display. The authorized Maserati
dealer will present the new Maserati Spyder which was launched at the Frankfurt Motor
Show IAA on September 11. Aside of the new Spyder, Auto Becker will display two
famous predecessors: A Maserati 3500 GT Spyder Vignale and a Maserati Mistral
Spyder, both being among the most sought-after historical Maserati road-going models
of our time.

The Essen Motor Show will be open daily between 10.00h and 18.00h, on Saturdays and
Sundays its doors will open at 9.00h already.
