if O'Neil remembers correctly |

.. - the 225 S was
given to O'Neil, who left it in the drive
way of his mother's house, the police told
him to remove the chassis, which he then
cut in half and brought it to a place
over which some years later a highway was
constructed, O'Neil remembers well the huge roll bar
of the 225 S (testified in his affidavit
January, 2002), O'Neil called the car a
250 TR, but Feinburg remembered is was
the 225 S that had a hugh roll bar with a
support bar over the passenger seat (17th January, 2002)
