it had in it for drag racing in 1980;
Ed Niles who knew that Schonwald in New
York had the original engine.
After many calls back and forth, it was
decided Gary Schonwald wanted the car
more than Steve Morse did, and it was
sent to New York. The car had a
seat frame, suspension, no instruments,
the wrong rearend. It was basically
a frame, body and some suspension. Bought
for $2.500 |
