18/August/7 - Sharon, Connecticut – The U.S. Federal District Court for the District of Connecticut has entered a final judgment declaring that Paul “Barney” Hallingby is the lawful owner and holds clear title to a 1957 Ferrari 250 GT Pinin Farina Series 1 Cabriolet, Chassis No. 0799GT and that Dr. Andreas Gerber of Switzerland has no ownership or other interest of any kind in the car. The ruling was issued in Hallingby vs. Gerber (Civil Action No: 17-cv-00975) and follows four previous rulings in Spanish courts that 0799GT had been legally sold in 1993.
