If you search the Internet for Collezione Panini your list of search results will be very long, but most have
nothing to do with Maseratis. But what have you found, in the States it's commonly known as Baseball
cards, in Europe the Soccer Heroes are on the cards. That is the Panini business, if you are into football
you may have known, if you are a gourmet or fan of Italian Cuisine you may have had already something
from Panini on your plate. Yes, Parmigiano Reggiano the cheese which goes over the paste.
Hombre is the producer of Parmigiano Reggiano was established and began developing at the
beginning of the 1980's. At the time, the farm consisted of a group of stables, surrounded by about 20
hectares of grazing land.
Since then, the farm has developed rapidly, moving from part-time to full-time production.
At the beginning of 1994, due to constantly improving the quality and quantity of the produce, Hombre
was able to introduce Organic farming, meeting the highest and strictest quality controls.
So now we know the Panini family made their fortune with round things, balls and cheese wheels, may
be this is the reason they have a hobby which has also to do with wheels. They collect Classics, mainly
Maseratis.
On the outskirts of Modena, we stop at a large iron gate at the Hombre estate, a long avenue thru the
farm leads us to the Collezione Umberto Panini. The Collection contains motor bikes and some 60
automobiles. See what expects you.
